Terms of Use

By using our chauffeur limo services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
You must provide accurate and complete information when making a reservation.
You are responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by your negligence or willful misconduct.
You are responsible for any additional fees incurred, such as tolls, parking, and fuel surcharges.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled pick-up time. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of booking. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards.

Refunds

Refunds will only be issued if the reservation is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours will not be eligible for a refund.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey.

Severability

If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from these terms and conditions and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes to these terms and conditions will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. You are responsible for reviewing these terms and conditions periodically to be aware of any changes. Your continued use of our services after any changes to these terms and conditions will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
